
Step 1: "Run" the File Download
After clicking "Click Here to Start", Right click on the File Download item and select "Run"

Step 2: "Run" the Support Software
After the file downloads, click "Run" to acknowledge the warning on publisher not being verified, and start the Support Software.

Step 3: You will be instructed on which staff member to select.
